It goes far beyond the organisation’s values and mission placed on the walls, websites and to clients. It is the behaviour displayed by all. It is leadership by all – on every level.

I facilitate cultural change to enhance the human potential and capability in the organisations through working with the leadership teams, operational teams and individuals.

Mentoring Programs

CULTURE TRANSFORMATION

The program includes one on one mentoring with upcoming leaders managing change programs, culture initiatives or human resource management practitioners. I offer an initial package of six, one-hour mentoring sessions to be taken over 3, 6 or 12 months, and am happy to discuss any additional mentoring requirement beyond that.

Corporate Culture Pain points

Low morale, stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse and burn out are increasingly attributed to negative organisational cultures. My approach is to engage all leaders of an organisation, from the CEO to the frontline team leader to create alignment of a preferred healthy and successful culture.

Program Details

Every program is uniquely developed, responding to the needs and performance indicators of the partnering organisation. My partnership approach is supported through culture assessment tools, cultural journey planning, implementation of activities and culture “pulse checking” retesting throughout the ongoing program.

Mentoring Program

Building resilience thriving in the HR world. I am passionate in seeing upcoming Human Resources Management professionals and leaders bloom in their career. Often the pressures and demands of this specific field of work can create overwhelm and lack of clarity and focus. I am here to guide you through your HR Career!

Personal Brand

How to get noticed in a busy professional world -your uniqueness matters. In this mentoring program I will walk you through important tools that you can implement to get yourself noticed in a crowded job market, to be recognised as a subject matter expert in your field of work and to succeed in your current organisation.
