Start with A Clarity Call

I recommend that you work with a life coach for a minimum of 3 months. This will ensure you build
a trusting relationship and take the time to work through any limiting beliefs or other inner blocks
that are holding you back.

The life coaching program starts with 30-minute clarity call

The life coaching program starts with a complimentary 30-minute strategy session - clarity call. During this call, we can both assess if I am the best person to assist you with your challenge. It is a no-obligation call. You will then go through the following steps.

If you decide that I am the right Coach/Mentor for you

Welcome! In such case, we would book your first coaching session. Prior to the session I would email you a Coaching Agreement to sign and return, and any invoicing required.

The first face to face coaching session and Petal System

During the first face to face or on line coaching session we will go through a fundamental exercise of assessing areas of your life through my signature “Petal System”, in which each flower petal represents your life. By the end of the first session I will know which areas of your life are priority areas and we can agree on the one you would like to work on first.

Coaching Package minimum duration

Coaching Packages are minimum 3 months (6 fortnightly sessions).

Action oriented and forward looking

I am very action oriented and forward looking. I will keep you accountable to accomplish the tasks and homework we agree on each session. I will be available on the phone or email in between sessions.
