I was a victim of civil war when I was a child. This fact serves as a record in international humanitarian books. I was labelled a victim.
Yet, I had a choice.
A choice to wear that label for the rest of my life along with the behaviours that go with it, or choose a different path.
I chose otherwise.
I chose to be a VICTOR and to help others get out of their victim mindset and embrace VICTORY.
Petal System Methodology
Individually, I coach and mentor one on one using my signature “Petal System Methodology” for individuals.
Organisationally, I facilitate cultural change to enhance the human potential and capability in the organisations through working with the leadership teams, operational teams, and individuals. I have modified my “Petal System Methodology” to specifically suit organisations’ transformation, too.

Motherhood
My biggest achievement: Mum to twin girls. Motherhood has taught me a new level of compassion, acceptance and endurance.
